      Pros

      Some great people, decent benefits, pension.

      Cons

      Management likes to sit in their desks and not care about what’s going on outside. Worry more about the small things than the larger, future affecting aspects. They will hire anybody regardless of skill and experience making it harder for other operators. Pay not the best.
