Corporate ruined what use to be a great job and place to work.
They trust AI and the people watching the cameras more than the men and women in the field.
I loved this job, along with other driver with 30+ years in, but once they introduced the AI routing and cameras, it ruined what use to be a great career.
Drivers should get punished for someone as dumb as "looking in your mirrors to much" as you drive thru major city.
Also, myself and others tried transferring (different sites/landfills/etc) got everything lined up, just to suddenly get denied, even tho the manager at that site said it was a go.
