Pros

Good company to work for. The benefits aren’t bad especially the 401k & education benefits. A little more lenient than other customer service jobs

Cons

Customer service job is extremely stressful due to the constant moving of the goal post, lack of training, extreme micromanagement and constant changing policies.

Low pay. Market Area Differential (MAD) training is extremely weak in comparison to new hire training. a
