Pros

Amazing retirement plans and benefits Work from home

Cons

Extreme micromanagement Toxic work environment Work/Life balance is nonexistent Frequent changes Lack of managerial support Heavy workload for the amount of staff present Free thinkers and smart workers are often pushed out “Too many chiefs, not enough Indians” Leadership refuses to accept responsibility and accountability for the successes and failures of their teams; rather throwing anyone they perceive as a threat under the bus to cover their own mistakes Point system (incentive available for any employee in any capacity, that can be awarded by any person who held the points in any department) made heavy workloads bearable, as the system gave leaders a way to show appreciation for employees going the extra mile. Once that system was removed, morale dropped dramatically “Family first” only applies to corporate families and leadership’s families; no one cares about the rest of us
