Pros
Being able to work from home is a big attraction. WND people can work anywhere in the world. Other than CEO and his wife, most of the people who work at WND are very nice people.
Cons
CEO Joseph Farah runs company with an iron fist, and frequently disrespected those who work for him. Though one works from home, you are expected to be accessible most of the time, so you never really feel like you can step away from the job. Work can run as much as 14-18 hours per day for low wages, no retirement benefits, and no raises after years of service.
