Low increments, slow career growth, you will get 20 to 30% of your variable pay component. HR not approachable hardly had connect or 1o1 with HR in my 2 years. Once you join, this department does not exist. Please have perks highlighted by HR documented and cross checked before joining, they might lie few perks to attract talent. Management not flexible and not open for ideas. In short no HR or management for you if you face any issues. They will connect with you just for sake of documentation, no end product. Have seen managers being promoted when 60% of their team member have raised HR incident or highlighted case with management on managers attitude and behavior.
