      Pros

      Chill atmosphere, not much pressure from above, good healthcare and access to a pension.

      Cons

      Fairly low pay. Senior management is pretty detached and just collecting a paycheck. No real dynamic leaders there. Massive turnover in recent years, mostly because of the pay.
