- Leadership experiences can vary significantly depending on the team and reporting structure. Senior leaders often make it there by being harsh task masters rather than true people and human leaders - Ambiguous promotion criteria. Pros

The talented people working at the company made it worth working there. The former GroupM (now WPP Media) company had a knack for hiring brilliant talent. When given the opportunity to connect and work with colleagues across the various offices in the US, it was clear why GroupM/WPP was a powerhouse in the Media and Tech industry for decades.

Cons

The last 3-5 years became quite stressful as the agency went through various reformations, consolidations, and re-brandings to improve the overall offering and compete with Publicis and Omnicom, who had been winning new business and acquiring accounts from Wavemaker.
