      you work long hours every day while getting paid little

      - very shaky/ambiguous leadership and team structures - poor communication between the leadership team and lower-level staff - low pay compared to other industries - 85% turnover rate, which is scary - a toxic culture where many things are hidden by hr - unethical practice is very common at this company

      People are great, New leadership is turning things around back to how it was

      Cons

      No brand identity anymore with rebrand of WPP Media. Mindshare story has been lost. If you have been a long time employee the new way merits are don’t hurt you. No bonuses this year. HR department is the worst.
