Pros

Good Faciliy, Cab, night meal, and no such break count if they do not monirot.

Cons

I worked with the Microsoft client account at WPP Production and was part of two different teams: Events and BAP (along with other teams under the Microsoft account). Based on my personal experience, I would advise candidates to carefully evaluate the team and manager before joining. In particular, I would suggest doing thorough research before joining teams managed by certain individuals, as my experience with some managers and team leads was not positive. In my opinion, many teams under the Microsoft account at WPP Production have challenging work environments, despite the association with a well-known client. To share my experience, I found that there was no structured training syllabus or standardized onboarding process. Training was often conducted randomly, with no proper checklist or documented process. Important topics were sometimes missed during training, and getting support after onboarding could be difficult. As a new employee, I felt that support from colleagues and leadership was limited. There were instances where I experienced favoritism and inconsistent management practices. In some cases, even when multiple teams or stakeholders were involved in a process, accountability appeared to fall disproportionately on certain individuals. I also experienced situations where employees were asked to stay in the office after their shifts, regardless of long commute times. In my opinion, the company culture was not always employee-centric. Another major concern for me was job security. During my tenure, I observed employees being placed on performance improvement plans (PIPs) or laid off with little warning, which created uncertainty among team members. Additionally, there was significant pressure to deliver tasks on time, even when delays were caused by internal tools, system issues, or network problems. In my experience, employee feedback and concerns were not always adequately addressed. Overall, based on my personal experience, I would recommend that candidates thoroughly research the specific team, manager, and work environment before accepting a role at WPP Production under the Microsoft account.

Pros

Cab Facility, Cafeteria, Office Location, The affiliation with a brand like WPP

Cons

Poor Leadership. Managers hold grudges that they often take out on annual feedback, ratings and promotions. This is actually the company where people have been fired for taking sick leave. Managers will often lie to you and will fabricate a false paper trail over mail against you so that they have the upper hand or a chip on their shoulder, and to keep you in full control. This company does not respect Indian laws that are introduced for leaves, as they deduct them from your KPI if you take any emergency leave (including sick leave). So, the employees are penalized here for taking their leave as well. Additionally, there are managers in the company with multiple POSH cases against them, and the worst punishment that they have ever faced was just a team change. The job security is straight away zero, even the topic of discussion in the team meetings is usually "The client has reduced the funding, there will soon be downsizing in the team, so start doing extra work, which means unpaid overtime and with extra good quality if you want to be safe". All of these practices are not just in one team, but they are deep-rooted in the upper leadership and passed on to the junior leaders, so this is now part of the culture and very acceptable within the organization. You will probably not like the environment here if you have previously worked in a company where they have a rich and supportive culture.
