Pros

Having worked at the agency for several years in a variety of roles, I can genuinely say it’s a fantastic place to be. The senior leadership team listens, takes feedback seriously, and introduces meaningful initiatives - from summer away days and quarterly socials to wellness grants and even an in-house bar! Together, these efforts create a truly brilliant culture where everyone feels motivated to bring their best to work. And it’s not just the people — the office itself is a standout. A beautiful Georgian building from the front that's ultra-modern from behind - quite the TARDIS and a great environment to be in every day. I'm incredibly proud to work here and would recommend the agency to anyone (at any level) looking for a highly rewarding and never boring career in comms.

Cons

We just need some air conditioning for the hot summer months!

Pros

I’ve always worked in agencies and can honestly say WPR is leagues above the rest as an employer. Yes, the work can be fast-paced, but that’s what agency life is all about, and even when the pressure is on, I’ve always felt fully supported by the team – everyone genuinely looks out for each other, which creates a real sense of belonging. Team development is at the heart of the agency and a lot of time is invested into the coaching/training programme to ensure everyone has the opportunity to progress. The socials are also great, and there’s plenty of committees to get involved in to help shape the agency and its culture.

Cons

Hybrid working can sometimes be a little challenging for brand new employees (as with any company) but that's easily overcome by just being open with managers and colleagues.

Pros

I had a great time working in the Next Gen programme at WPR. They give you enough room to independently tackle the tasks they set you, but also enough guidance so that you learn valuable information about the company and its practices. It's a great balance which both pushes you to produce your best work and allows you to take away and reflect upon lessons from the experience.

Cons

Honestly I can't really think of any major negatives.
