Pros
One good cafeteria! Otherwise run like a devil from here. I have worked at WPS for 18 months and am working to get as far away from this place as possible. WPS does one thing well--Firing people efficiently and cruelly.
Cons
Senior management is so into themselves they don't see the grass under their shoes. Good people are fleeing this place as fast as they can. The common saying after starting here is "Whoops!" WPS stands for Whoops--What have I done starting work here? Training and development doesn't exist. The way people disappear overnight without any explanation is beyond bizarre. Place is a black hole for the soul.
