Fun family vibe in the office. Diverse portfolio of projects to work on creates opportunities to learn and expand skillsets. Great medical benefits. Responsive and understanding management. Diverse and inclusive workforce.
None they do not care about junior staff and the pay is terrible.
Cons
They treat you terribly barely pay will tell you that you are replaceable and even if your boss is abusive, they’ll fire you and replace you instead of replacing the toxic boss.
