      - Varied Project - No micromanagement - Good environment

      Cons

      - Not enough appreciation - Salaries are not at par with competitors - Work can get overwhelming very quickly - Low skilled resources overall. Very few people to learn from - Tough to get grasp of the entirety of product, everyday you learn something new

      Some good people work there

      Cons

      CEO controls everything and if any plan with sales and marketing does not work in 30 days he changes the plan. Someone needs to be the sales director that understands marketing and not just change a plan every 30 days. Everyone is scared of him and will not say anything.
