Micro management is next level MD is very unprofessional and narcissistic. Not helpful, doesn't train, expects you to burn yourself out. Highy critical of everything and very rude. Plays a part when you first start and shows his true colours within weeks. High staff turn around, sacking people regularly with no grounds. People leaving because of the toxic environment Sending teams to sites setting up TM with no qualifications because he won't spend money on training them. Does not treat people kindly or respectfully. Creates anxiety and tries to make you feel like you are the problem when it's clearly him. Never gives you freedom. Picks fault on absolutely everything and anything you do. Gets involved in your work without telling you and blames you for his poor choices. Pulls you in meetings with no warning for intimidation tactics along woth other male staff members. All for Scare mongering purposes. Absolutely zero training in place, his words are i dont have to, you should know everything. Doesnt care for staff members at all or want to help expand their knowledge but wants to control you and if he can't he removes you. The list continues. Just avoid working for this company unless you want your mental health to suffer. Worst place I have ever not had the pleasure to work in. This company will not go for long as he's more bothered about making as much money as he can rather than retain good staff members.
