Management didn’t care about employees

Not a whole lot of micromanagement. You pick up stacks of work to do and have at it. Hours are flexible. Good for people going to school.

Most of the grunt work is not full time and hours are not guaranteed. It is usually feast or famine. Management discusses their personal political and religious beliefs, which is great if you are a conservative mormon.
