Harassed in an email chain by a senior member of the staff. Upper management did nothing. Dealership is losing money every day, giving out no charge hauling and field service calls as a band aid. Customers now expect this every time there is a problem. There are lots of problems with New Holland as it is part of FIAT. That is definitely not a good thing. Very top heavy can you say Nepotism. Don't waist you time if you are a serious heavy equipment manager. Are you 50? Would you like a unsupportive timid 30 year old for a boss, how about a 26 year old one? Then this is your place. If you're lucky you will be asked to train them and give guidance to them. I was embarrassed to work there at the end.

As a technician they won’t show you your efficiency. You won’t know what jobs pay or when they pay until it’s on your check. They will hold money from you and tell you that you took too long on a job or you had time logged here doing something not related to fixing things. That’s in shop, out of shop, the road techs will pass on any labor intensive none gravy work to the shop and make it your head ache. So your efficiency will always be low. The. When you ask for a raise or it comes time for review they tell you how low it is and no pay increase. Just crack the whip and push harder. Shop is hot as it is outside and freezing cold in the winter. If you value your back or future as a technician wt is not a great place to work. I can’t recommend it.
