      Great Company to work for with a lot of upward mobility, Company likes to promote from within so if your looking to move up with the company you have a great opportunity. Recently added Free coffee and chewy ice machine so they care about their employees

      Cons

      In sales like any industry its a very competitive environment so you got to be up for the challenge

      Pros

      The people that work in front of the camera and behind the camera are passionate, and dedicated to being "The Southeast News Leader".

      Cons

      There are never re-runs. The news is always changing and there is no time for sitting around.

      Pros

      Is number one in ratings because of legacy. Has some good people who work there. Unfortunately none of them are in management.

      Cons

      Not many growth opportunities. Pay is low even for a low paying industry. Raised were cut in half this year. They change the criteria for a bonus so often it feels like a moving target.
