Prior to transfer I was in a state of grey area which were words from my manager between admin and analyst and continued to be shut down when asked for training to move into a project manager role.
Transferred to new department to expand and grow my career but quickly learned the line of business was in trouble and loosing clients. Poor management lead to a layoff after corporate sent in a team to restructure the business.
No offer to move back to previous department however I learned that another employee was offered to return to her previous LOB that we both came from.
Everyone in the group had an inflated job title and sense of worth yet they did not want to train just preach from their loud third-world office overseas. Their integration was sloppy and they had trouble working with people from WTW.
