Pros
***Used*** to be a fun place to work in office and allowed remote work. Provides 401k and insurance
Cons
Training is run by people who have obviously not done the job in a long time or at all. You have to rely on your coworkers to help you figure out your job for the most part as they are busy trying to do their own job. The job is boring and generally not very rewarding. You will feel like a cog in the machine waiting for retirement You get a small merit increase each year, and usually a raise if you receive a promotion but they did try to stop that in recent years. I've known multiple people that turned down promotions where the only thing changing was their responsibilities. The bank is also a big fan of lateral changes where they give no incentive for learning a different position that they really need Company is willing to cut anyone, even people that have worked for them 25+ years. More concerned about their stock price than the people that have spent half their lives toiling away to make them profitable. Do not give this company any loyalty because you will not receive the same if it burdens the company at all
