Pros
Benefits, great team members, semi-flexible schedules, not a lot of weekend work.
Cons
No Bereavement (must take PTO), No raises over 5% for a given year (don't expect to even get 5 %, Old Xorail would pay their employees a competitive wage, Wabtec policies prevent competitive wages, basically the longer you stay the less money you will make as compared to outside of the company for the same position)
