      good opportunities to learn and even try out new concepts applied to railway domain

      salaries are low. work culture changed a lot after merging with GE, shifted from practical to just PPT

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
