      Multi national company in a great sector and in constant growth with steady work and good growth opportunities. Great benefits.

      Payrate is lower than average and workload can be very heavy and unbalanced sometimes.

      Pros

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
