      Multi coltural and international culture. Flexible to work from home. Supportive HR. Life work balance.

      Nothing really to mention. Sometimes things too long because head offices are on USA and different timezone.

      Pros

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
