Pros
Have loved the people I work with and the small company feel with large company opportunities. I also like the trust to get the job done and largely flexible work schedules.
Cons
I think that branding is a big issue, no one knows the company even though it is a dominant force in certain industries. Additionally, I think the pay can lag behind other large companies.
