      Working with some awesome poeple, not management.

      Cons

      You will be left holding the bag waiting for the eventual rug pull. All the while being told you will receive support, but it is only to keep you going in your current unsupported role.

      Pros

      Tons of growth opportunity for people willing to invest in the company. My department has grown by 400% in the past 10 years. Lots of training provided. PM's are expected to have complete ownership of their projects.

      Cons

      Going through a digital transformation which should be good in the long term. Work life balance can be tough but it comes in waves.
