      Pros

      Able to work and look for another job. I started looking for another job after 48 hours here. The club is not for me here.

      Cons

      Nothing more than a Walmart vendor. The place is cut throat, they care about no one except Walmart.

      Pros

      Tons of growth opportunity for people willing to invest in the company. My department has grown by 400% in the past 10 years. Lots of training provided. PM's are expected to have complete ownership of their projects.

      Cons

      Going through a digital transformation which should be good in the long term. Work life balance can be tough but it comes in waves.
