Pros
They'll hire anyone as long as you allow them to steal from you. They are way over their head with their contracts and their PMs can't handle it. I expect them to lose their biggest contracts in the future.
Cons
They will lie to you about the job and then steal from you while on the job. Their PMs are encouraged to lie and cheat their technicians and helpers. It is in their culture. There is ZERO work/life balance. They also underpay then justify it with their benefits package...which they chose because it saves them money in the end. They do NOTHING to help or benefit their employees.
