Pros
They provide every technician a company truck stocked with evrerything you need including tools, cell phone, laptop, fleet card and more. The work day starts the moment you sit down in your truck and ends the minute you return home. They provide insurance for the entire family but that may have changed.
Cons
They burden their technicians with way too many extra tasks that need to be done out side of the work day and also are very unrealistic about so many things and they will not listen to the technicians side of the story when there is a complaint. Instead they would rather listen to any random shmuck that calls the number on the "red flag" on the back of the truck. Also pay sucks. Like really sucks. $22 an hour in CA for real... and tgey have a very high turnover rate.
