      Benefits are all PAID by the company! Some teams still allow hybrid work.

      Cons

      Senior management doesn't seem to care about other teams. They give to much control to team leaders without knowing anything personally about the team.

      Pros

      Tons of growth opportunity for people willing to invest in the company. My department has grown by 400% in the past 10 years. Lots of training provided. PM's are expected to have complete ownership of their projects.

      Cons

      Going through a digital transformation which should be good in the long term. Work life balance can be tough but it comes in waves.
