Poor direction and arrangement after the reorganisation, especially outside HQ. MnC with local culture. Arrogant and incapable managers with top-down approach. Poor career development and promotion, poor benefits, poor equality, no standard=no culture (not double standard, is no standard as decision based on local or BT, no one same thing across organization), no 13th month salary. Ad-hoc responsibilities but no salary adjustment or promotion.
