Pros
Sellings lots and lots and lots of new equipment if you can absorb it all. Out growing the facilities and renting offsite storage.
Cons
During the state of the business meeting the president talked about hiring for next year. The very next sentence was I feel that this is too many for non production support staff. Managers are getting promotions to directors. But office personnel with 20 plus years with the company are working from home over Christmas. With all the new equipment they can't keep up and fear getting fired.
