Pros
You're treated with dignity, respect and not micromanaged. You manage your own workload, management trust that you'll get things done.
If you have personal issues outside of work that are affecting you or requires time off, management are more than understanding and genuinely want you to rest and recover.
The most enjoyable part of the job is the team, there is a real sense of collaboration and comaraderie between disciplines - debates occur, but they remain constructive and don't devolve into arguments. This extends out to company wide discussions, management are very transparent around business decisions and foster a culture of open debate - you can challenge an idea without feeling like you're putting yourself at risk, your opinion will genuinely be considered and responded to - not swept under the rug like in other businesses.
I've learnt a lot of skills on the job, management are keen to push you out of your comfort zone and develop you as a professional - great for your career!
Cons
No office anymore, can be a bit isolating - but retreats make up for it
