Honestly, there’s very little to praise. The only “good” thing is that the experience eventually ended.

Where do I even start? Poor communication, zero professionalism, and a complete lack of accountability. Things were disorganised from the beginning, expectations were unclear, and follow-ups were either extremely slow or completely ignored. It felt like no one was actually in charge, and customers were left to figure things out on their own. Overall, it was frustrating, time-wasting, and disappointing.
