      -Ability to work in a diverse set of locations -Library work in general is fulfilling -Helpful to the community -You're around books!

      Cons

      -Inflexible and harsh policies -Does not take employee or patron feedback - AT ALL -You will only do base jobs - even librarians are dissatisfied with the little amount of work they get to do in their field -Wake County wide policies affect each library negatively -Too many part-time positions with no ability to go anywhere without a degree

      What I like about this job position is that this place is quiet, easy to stay focused, the tasks are straightforward, and the customers are very nice.

      Cons

      Whenever the carts get fully loaded with books, they can be heavy to push or pull, but as long as you're careful, you'll be good.
