Some of the best people I’ve worked with came from Walbro. The company has great Christian roots. There is a lot of cross training, so you always have support if you’re having a problem. They have a decent amount of time off for holidays and the benefits are good. If you can mind your own business and keep your head down this is a great place to work.

Management decisions have decimated the work culture. Trust issues, toxic people left unchecked in positions of power and cancel culture are running rampant. They will put you on salary and work you a crazy amount of hours and say it’s your fault. Very little appreciation for going above and beyond when you do meet ridiculous expectations. Narcissistic entitled behavior who hire to fire are killing the company.
