I believe everybody came together as a team to get excellent high-quality jobs done, however, the compensation never increased with the additional work and jobs we kept picking up. Wald just couldn’t compare to other companies that operated in the same field of corporate relocation. After working with a much larger company, I was offered a job by that much larger company, at an assistant position but with a 40% increase in base salary.
