Cons
Not a safe environment for women. Do not work here if you are a woman. Middle management needs more training, and HR should follow their own harassment and confidentiality rules. Instead of sending out “harassment training” for the whole company, they should focus on the employees causing those issues. There are no consequences towards people who repeatedly make people uncomfortable, leak confidential information on other employees, and harass/threaten other employees.
