Pros
Startup culture which is good for freshers for 1-2 years. Good revenue streams .Software processes are weak and product not mature but company has very good financial backing and some great investers who wont care that are we making money from software or not like a startup. They may have other source of income to sustain the business model so the higher management is not worried about the working of software.Good for freshers
Cons
Too much chaos in the company. VP Engineering Mr. Bilal tries to force policies and the schedule but CEO tanks all of his plans and needs every thing on priority which creates negativity in team.
