      People your age to work with; sometimes the management is helpful; other employees on your level are good to work with

      terrible compensation; unfair management; disrespectful management; treated as a number rather than a person; management cares more about bonus than giving adequate hours

      pay was decent I guess

      Cons

      no promotions, no good management, a lot of people in positions that do absolutely nothing, very cliquey, constant checking in 1:1's, no growth in your career, favoritism, toxic environment.
