Pros
Technology is literally game changing. It has forced the creation of a new market category by Gartner (DAS). In that respect, there is real innovation to work with which is rare in an industry which mostly just tweaks existing things. The addressable market is immense and customers include 40% of the F500. We are on the precipice of this thing going gangbusters. The next few years will be really telling and there is a feeling of excitement related to that. The company is already way past unicorn status and is actually the 3rd fastest SaaS company in history to hit 100M ARR but it still feels the infancy stages of a rocketship taking off. Australia office is still small enough to feel tight-knit and communal, with the backing of a large global org. Good perks and pay, nothing outstanding for the industry but also nothing to complain about.
Cons
Typical growing pains like unclear structure, processes, new scenarios that people haven't run into, etc. It can be a fast paced environment and suits someone who can take accountability without being asked. Due to the market still maturing, it can also be difficult selling because stakeholders don't know how to quantify the value or find budget for something that doesn't fall into their typical buckets. This is slowly changing as the market matures.
