      Pros

      Good exposure to the real time business challenges and how you can apply your theory learnt in college with innovative ideas to get the best. Very flexible hierarchy and communication with upper management for better employee and employer understanding. Brainstorming session once a week to come with some creative ideas and have a discussion on the same.

      Good work environment with no politics. Lot's of learning and responsibility, which is needed for each and every one in their carrier growth. Friendly team and great work culture. I recommend people to work with Walkter Beacon Lab Pvt. Ltd for a good carrier growth.
