Working in this school is one of the best opportunity I got in my life. I am a junion manager and the job is challenging, rewarding and exciting. The teachers have got a great experience and a cool and friendly approach with the students. The school is beautiful, my colleagues are always kind and ready to learn one from another. We are a team. The staff likes to face new challenges and new opportunity to create professional learning opportunities for students. The directors are my example of hard working, of timing management and of creativity.
Cons
Working with people and make come true their wishes is one of the most difficult things. Specially if you manage 400 students and 10 companies. Every student has his own course, which is different for any other. I do my best every day and everything has to be at the top. And of course I have to achieve the sales goals every month.
