Pros
China team was easy to work with.
Cons
Owner - Don't believe a word he says. He's a narcissist who doesn't value his employees. Won't hesitate to change terms of employment (cut your pay) without warning. Even on Christmas Day! Take a guess how I know. The man also loves to hear himself talk. VP - This guy can't do his job so he always needs some sort of assistant. Except he's so insecure, he tries to his best to make sure whoever's tasked with helping him fails. Then they quit or get fired and the cycle continues. Turnover - I worked here for 18 months. In an office of 8 people, 12 people left during that time. Something's seriously wrong with the company to have that kind of turnover. Disregard for labor laws - No overtime pay even though everyone is paid hourly. Expenses are not reimbursed. Pay stubs are not provided on time. Benefits are not offered in a timely manner when requested. Being ask to do things completely unrelated to your position. Retaliation from petty leadership. My advice to anyone starting here is to DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. You'll thank me later. When I resigned, I had to threaten to sue for unpaid overtime before receiving the commission I was owed. This is after far surpassing all my goals for the previous year. Not much more to say beyond that. That's the kind of company this is.
