Great company! - Personal Care Aide (PCA) Wallick Employee Review

Wallick Communites is an upstanding company. Upper management is extremely helpful when you have a question. The compliance dept had some issues and needed improvements with “attitudes” toward managers but outside that the RM’s and ARM and Director of Operations were great! They were understanding and also wanted to see your grow professionally. I highly recommend applying for positions within this company.

Poor attitudes and even less help offered by the compliance team to toward communities managers. In 2022, a couple new ones were on boarded, and they were much better than the one that had been there for a few years.

Decent PTO, pay was competitive

Corporate(I mean Wallick business partners) are all awful now. They have successfully fired every single person that cared.
