Pros
Good people, remote work opportunities, decent benefits package
Cons
Used to be a great place to work but management has really dropped off in the last year and in turn so has the company. They have hired new directors that are unqualified and/or their positions don’t fit into the org of the company which makes support, mentorship and growth hard to come by. The Director of Sales has very little working knowledge in terms of what they are selling which makes the pipeline of work incredibly unstable. In turn the financial stability of the company is always in question and with a Director of Sales that knows very little about the service the company provides, it becomes everyone else’s job to sell to prospective clients on top of their daily work load. Not to mention the Director of Sales is probably one of the hardest people I’ve ever worked with in my career which makes this task far more cumbersome and time consuming than it needs to be. In turn, this means quarterly goals are focused only on improving the bottom line of the company by driving revenue the sales team can’t produce, instead of scaling the company in terms of growth, expertise, skill ect. The production employees that carry the company have no growth opportunities and those opportunities became even more limited when they restructured and consolidated rolls in the past 5 months. All in all if you are in the beginning of your career there are some good learning opportunities but my advice would be to look at it as a stepping stone and not a long term opportunity and not a company where growth is an option.
