      Pros

      Easy hours, closed all major holidays, fun atmosphere, workers are friendly, hours scheduled are the hours you will work there isn't any shift cutting.

      Cons

      Too much work for little pay, cheap or old product, DM doesn't treat management fairly, store struggle with little concern from corporate, low budget hours, no room for advancement, no raises, currently downsizing corporate due to budget cuts.

      Pros

      They treat you like family, the customers are very nice, the atmosphere is friendly and exciting and you won't get bored.

      Cons

      Changing out seasons is very hard work. They only pay minimum wage.

      The one I worked at closed but there's still another out there and the staff is friendly, very organized, family first, customers first etc
