Pros
1. Good pay. 2. Free lunch and snacks 3. Transportation
Cons
1. There is no structure in the entire organization. They'll make you work on same thing over and over again not knowing what output is expected but they'll make sure you are occupied no matter how pointless the work is. 2. There's a lot of politics. If you can butter your manager and leads, you are awesome. Otherwise they'll go to an extent of not giving you hike, never acknowledging your contributions and not even bother to provide a justified solution - the problem is always with you. 3. You are likely to have a new manager every 4-5 months - I had 3 different ones in one year. And this happens across most teams. 4. Tech quality is definitely not upto the mark. They'll use jargons and brag about the brand forever. 5. If you want a career growth, this is not that place. Questioning/ brainstorming is not encouraged. You will be looked down upon if you ask doubts. Everything going wrong is your mistake, everything going right is your lead's credit. 6. Work is super slow. And management will screw you if you point out their inefficiencies and most importantly if you do not butter them. 7. Don't waste your time in a company like this. Your career won't grow but your frustrations will.
