We acknowledge that maintaining enthusiasm and motivation over time can be challenging. Your advice to management to keep the team motivated is invaluable, and we’ll continue to explore ways to foster a more engaging and inspiring workplace. Be sure to ask your direct manager about different monthly incentive programs or yearly performance contests to be recognized in different ways! Also, there are different leadership and skill development programs offered throughout the year that your store leader can provide more information on.
