      Pros

      friendly people and being apart of brides special day.

      Cons

      Wage was LOW. You had to handle the weddings plus everything on the office and venue side... the wage was not worth as many responsibility’s thrown on the coordinators.

      Pros

      Unlimited PTO and flexible schedule (usually). Working in the wedding industry was rewarding.

      Cons

      Communication and transparency were inconsistent. Expectations often changed quickly, making it difficult to prioritize and understand long-term career growth opportunities. Employment was unexpectedly terminated, I was not placed on a PIP nor was I informed of any performance concerns that would have indicated my position was at risk. No salary adjustments for 1.5 years while being told to not expect any for 2026... yet there were funds for new hires, new venues, baseball games, etc...
